Won't accept my key / "not configured"
- Double‑check the key and try pasting it again.
- Confirm you copied the External key—not an old product string.
- Make sure you're online during activation.
- Retry through the seller's flow or our Key page if nothing unlocks within a few minutes.
"Roblox isn't connected" / stuck attaching
- Roblox needs to be running with a playable session fully loaded—not just the home screen.
- Run Moon External as Administrator.
- Add the folder to Defender / antivirus exclusions and reopen both apps.
Features look enabled but nothing happens
- Set keybinds in each tab—the defaults may be unset after a reinstall.
- Verify team/knock/FOV filters aren't filtering every target.
- Some games gate memory reads—swap titles to confirm Moon responds.
