License & first launch

The first time you open Moon External (and sometimes after an update), the app validates your license key before the overlay is ready. That check runs through KeyAuth, or another provider your seller configured.

Getting a key

Keys usually come from whoever you got Moon External from. If your flow uses this site, complete the unlock on the Key page, then paste the key exactly as shown when the app prompts you.

Tips

• Copy the full key—no extra spaces at the start or end.
• Stay online for activation. Wait a minute and retry before assuming the key is invalid.
• HWID resets and renewals go through whoever issued the license—bring receipts and screenshots if something still blocks login.
